Refund Policy

Are you really worry about refund? Well, our plans are intended to make sure you get the most out of the value. However, you might not be satisfied if there are limited circumstances; we offer refunds. Customer satisfaction is everything for Us. The conditions under which you may want to check out our refund policy are as follows.

For the owner

Following are the Conditions for which Refund won’t be processed:

  • When 360-degree photoshoot has been completed by our Relationship Manager.
  • When Property Listing has been completed and links sent to the owner.
  • When Property visits by prospective tenants have been conducted our Relationship Manager.

Note: If our Relationship manager does not contact the owner at all for next 7 days from the day of on boarding or the listing is not done within a week, then you are eligible and may apply for our refund policy.

For the tenant

Following are the Conditions for which Refund won’t be processed:

  • Property visits have been conducted through our Relationship Manager.
  • If Tenant searches property through brokers or engages with any other third-party service.
  • If more than 5 properties have been shared with the tenant.
  • If we have shared properties with you but you are not interested to shift anymore.
